Located in Upper Tumon, Guam U.S.A., Carlos Heights area, the Horizon complex is located at the end of S. Luisa St. The official address is Guam Horizon Townhouses Homeowners Association, S. Directions: From Marine Corps Drive heading northbound, turn right at the Carlos Heights, after the Chinese School. Then, turn right onto the S. Luisa St. until you reach the entrance gate of Guam Horizon Townhouse. (See map)

Guam Horizon Townhouses consists of 13 buildings with 48 units . The Horizon Townhouse, is a planned development which requires every owner to join the community HOA (Home Owners Association) and requires each owner or tenant to pay its monthly Common Area Fees to cover the upkeep of common areas, shared structures, and exteriors of each building. Its owners, the Board of Directors works hard to make the Horizon Townhouses, a quiet, safe and peaceful place to live. The Association has created "House Rules" for everyone to follow so that we may all enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our home. There are several NO PARKING AREAS throughout the housing, click on the "No parking areas" below to make sure you are following the rules. For the safety of our residents, Horizon Townhouse is monitored 24 hours by surveillance cameras. When we detect illegal practices or suspicious cars, people, or activities, we notify the Guam Police Department immediately or the Property Manager or any of its Board of Directors.

The gated property is maintained and serviced to provide comfort and convenience to our owners and tenants. If you have renovation, real estate interests, you may contact our property manager to inform them of any activities that may be pasted on to other tenants, or for their assistance.
Horizon Townhouses is a gated community. You will need to contact the unit owner or tenant or the property manager to get access to enter the property. All outside service providers are required to fill out the online Service registration Form or the online Roof Access Permission Form prior to making the service call. you may use the useful links below to access the forms, or call the property manager during normal business hours (Monday through Fridays and off on Weekends and holidays.) at 671-479-9532 (Remax)
