H.O.A. Payments
Home Owners Association, Common Area Fee payment
Current Fee: $200 Per month. (Payment is due by the 15th of each month.
Each year, the association provides payment booklets for each owners. The payments can be made directly at the REMAX Diamond Realty in Hagatna, or can be mail with check to REMAX Diamond Realty. Instructions are in the payment booklets.
The payments are paid monthly, but you may also pay several months or for the whole year too. If you loose your booklet, please contact the Property Manager
